THE BRP CAN-AM ROADSTER DEMO TOUR SWEEPS ACROSS EUROPE

Can-Am™ Spyder® roadsters attract attention wherever they go – so when 50 Spyder roadsters hit the road at Genval in Belgium, the effect was breath taking.

This fall, International Cycle and Motorcycle Exhibition in Milan confirmed what BRP riders and enthusiasts already know: BRP is the world leader for developing powersports products.

The Can-Am™ Spyder™ roadster has always attracted attention. But now it's about to be watched by literally millions of people worldwide.

BRP, an established world leader in innovation in the powersports industry, receives at this year's red dot award ceremony in Essen, Germany, a bronze award for the product design of the REV-XP chassis for its Ski-Doo™ snowmobiles and an honourable mention for its new Can-Am™ Spyder™ roadster, a three-wheel vehicle designed to experience the thrill of the open road.

After its official launch at the Le Mans 24 hour race, BRP invited more than 80 journalists from over 15 nationalities to test the benefits of the sequential electronic version (SE-5) of the Can-Am™ Spyder™ roadster against the picture post-card back-drop of the Swiss alps between Lausanne and Gstaad from June 22 to 4 July.

In the fifteenth World Jet Offshore Championship held at Oléron (France) during the week-end of June 1st, Cyrille Lemoine and the new Sea-Doo™ RXT™ X™ watercraft took first place after a fierce fight with the other competitors. Jordi Tomas followed the French rider’s example to become European Speed Champion in the Runabout category at the helm of the Sea-Doo® RXP™ X™ watercraft, on 7th and 8th June near Madrid.

BRP joined the legendary "24 Heures du Mans" held on the week-end of 14-15th June to officially introduce the sequential electronic version (SE-5) of the Can-Am™ Spyder™ roadster to its international partners. Trials of the new roadster on the Alain Prost circuit, large-scale public exposure during the pilots’ parade and the first gathering of European owners of Can-Am Spyder roadsters were all part of this remarkable week-end.

Easter week-end did not only kick-off the spring season but also debuted a new era as first owners took delivery of their Can-Am Spyder roadsters. They are now ready to enter the next dimension of open-road riding.
