I did not receive my owner’s welcome package in the mail.
You will receive your Can-Am Spyder welcome package within three months of taking delivery of your new Spyder roadster if your dealer has registered your unit with a valid mailing address. If you have registered your roadster under a company name, you will not receive the welcome package.
I did not receive my owner code.
You will receive your Can-Am Spyder welcome package with your owner code within three months of taking delivery of your new Can-Am roadster if your dealer has registered your unit with a valid mailing address. If you have registered your roadster under a company name, you will not receive the welcome package.

In the meantime, we invite you to register as an enthusiast. You can change your status to Can-Am Spyder owner when you receive your card.
My owner code does not work.
To register as a Can-Am roadster owner on brp.com, you must enter your 9-digit code found on the membership card you received by mail.

It is important to type the code exactly as it appears on the card. A common source for errors is mistaking the letter O for the number 0 or vice versa.

Once you have entered your owner code, make sure to click on the “Next Step” link at the bottom right of the page.
I am an owner but cannot switch my status from enthusiast to owner.
1) Here is a step-by-step guide to switching your status from enthusiast to owner. First, you must login to your account by clicking on “Sign In” on the upper right-hand corner of the site, as illustrated in the image below:



2) Enter your username and password in the fields provided.

3) Click on “My profile” on the upper right-hand corner of the site, as shown in the image below:



4) Once your profile is open, click on the “My Profile” tab, as shown below, then on the “Edit Profile” button.



5) You will get a screen that summarises your profile details and allows you to edit them. The first step allows you to change your status from enthusiast to owner. Select the option “I am a Can-Am Spyder owner” and enter the owner code you received in your welcome package.



6) Then, hit the “Submit” button on the lower right-hand corner to confirm your status as an owner.
